Athabasca Tribal Council would like to invite all Caterers in Fort Chipewyan to submit a bid to cater the following: 

Grand Opening of the ATC Family Wellness Centre

Location: 144 McDonald Street (east wing) Fort Chipewyan
Date: January 17, 2023
Estimated number of guests: 150 

Light Lunch & Refreshments
Examples: veggie and fruit cups, charcuterie (meat & cheese platter), sandwich platters, cupcakes and cookies. Coffee, tea, juice.

All Caters must have the following:

• Valid Safe Food Handling Certification

• Caterer to provide all drinks, cutlery, utensils, etc. 

• Be responsible to purchase all food items

All bids must include the following:

• Name

• Contact Number

• Bid for Catering Services

• Include menu details in bid
