FIRST NATIONS HEALTH CONSORTIUM ENGAGEMENT
We are inviting Parents, Guardians, Caregivers or anyone who is in the circle of care for First Nation or Inuit children to join in the open house to connect with the school staff and First Nation Health Consortium.
Learn how to gain access to health, social and education services for your child, through an application to Jordan’s Principle.
Services can include: speech and language, mental health services, tutoring, land-based activities, services from elders, and more.
Please see the QR code or www.abfnhc.com for more details.
