Release Yourself From Pain and Create A Healthy Path to Healing

A variety of emotions are naturally felt when dealing with grief and loss. Layers of grief and loss have burdened the community. Everyone deals with these emotions differently, but sometimes, it can lead to cycles of substance abuse, violence, and despair, all of which can become life-threatening. With the support of Nunee Wellness, a safe space has been created for Joanna Gladue, from Mamisewin Counselling & Consulting Services, to gather with community members and explore, understand, and release the grief that has caused pain for so long. It’s time to break free from the cycle and embark on a journey of release and healing together.
