Ron is a Chipewyan Prairie Déne First Nation Elder who was raised in Janvier hearing Sakisak stories from his elders. Now retired from a career in the oil industry Ron enjoys sharing his Déne language and culture with youth in Chipewyan Prairie and across Treaty 8.
