GATHER AND LEARN ABOUT OVERCOMING OPIOID ADDICTIONS
The gathering will have presentations from people with lived experiences overcoming addictions and a community lunch.
Followed by a sharing circle and safe-space for members to discuss the challenges opioid addictions have in the community and family.

Keynote Speaker: Kane Blacque
Abused as a child, later fueled by drug addictions, and exploited at every turn, Kane’s entire life had been a constant fight for survival.
Now he stands strong as an activist and advocate for Indigenous children in the foster care system and those suffering from addiction.
