This course is a 5-day INTRODUCTION to Firefighting course.
It is a blend of theory and practical learning, based upon current materials and techniques from IFSTA, NFPA, and other sources. The goal of the course is to produce a student who is able to operate safely on an emergency scene, and able to safely conduct exterior attack and defensive operations.
Living Allowance, Travel and Accommodations will be provided for the duration of the training.

Participants Requirements:
• Standard First Aid Level C (ATC can provide this training ahead of the Fire Fundamentals course to any participant who does not yet have it)
• Be at Least 18 Years of Age
• Pass a Physical Demands Test
