Anxiety is a feeling of fear, dread, and uneasiness. Understanding anxiety involves recognizing a range of emotions and physical sensations, and fostering empathy for those navigating healing.Recognize the connections of emotional, mental, spiritual,
and cultural wellbeing. This session, presented by Recovery College Canadian Mental Health Association of Wood Buffalo, will explore anxiety from an Indigenous perspective.
