Understanding Grief & Loss Workshop
Open to all Fort McMurray 468 First Nation Members, Families and Youth 12+ (Certified babysitter provided for children so parents and caregivers can participate)
Loss is part of life, and understanding grief can create a healthy path to healing.
Death of a loved one, loss of a relationship/friendship, loss of health or abilities all naturally lead to a variety of emotions that are natural when dealing with grief and loss. Through a healing circle, explore how your culture can support the grieving process and create an experience that helps you heal and imagine a new future.
