supportive avenues for healing and mental wellbeing.

Recognize the connections of emotional, mental, spiritual, and cultural wellbeing. This session, presented by Recovery College Canadian Mental Health Association of Wood Buffalo, will explore self harm from an Indigenous perspective. Develop strategies to
help yourself or loved ones through difficult periods of life.
