Karla is responsible for the overall management of operations and resources for the ATC. Reporting to the Board of Directors, she executes strategic plans for the betterment of the organization. Dedicated to meeting the needs of staff, communities, members, and funders, she loves working with individual nations, hearing feedback from members, and finding new ways to serve every day.
