Post Majority Support Services Worker
Under the direction of the Post Majority Support Services Supervisor, the Post Majority Support Worker will be responsible for empowering our young community members who are aging out of care and/or are young adults formerly in care. The Post Majority Support Services Worker will develop and implement effective strategies to support the youth and young adults to reach self sufficiency within their communities.
Post Majority Support Services Supervisor
Under the direction of the Child and Family Services Director the Post Majority Support Services Supervisor will be responsible in leading the program area that services young adults entering adulthood that are aging out of care. The Post Majority Support Services Supervisor will assist in the development and implementation of effective strategies to support youth and young adults to reach self-sufficiency within their communities.
Mental Health Cultural Liaison Worker
Under the supervision of the Mental Health and Wellness Outreach team Supervisor, the Mental Health Cultural Liaison Worker (MHCL) will be responsible in delivering immediate mental health, wellness, and culturally appropriate outreach responses to our nation members in crisis.
Child and Youth Responder
Under the supervision of the Mental Health and Wellness Outreach Supervisor, the Child and Youth Responder will be responsible in delivering immediate mental health and wellness outreach response to our children and youth in crisis.
Elders Support Responder
Under the supervision of the Mental Health and Wellness Outreach Supervisor, the Elders Support Responder will be responsible in delivering immediate mental health and wellness outreach response to Elders in crisis.
Mental Health Response Intake Coordinator
Under the supervision of the Mental Health and Wellness Outreach Supervisor, the Mental Health Response Intake Coordinator (MHRIC) will be responsible in receiving intake calls and coordinating team responder(s) as needed to deliver immediate mental health and wellness outreach response to our nation members in crisis.
CFS Prevention Coordinator
The ATC Child and Family Services, Community Prevention Coordinator is responsible for leading the design and implementation of programming that promotes language, cultural development, and family preservation. Practitioners in this role will focus on Cree and Dene customs, as relevant to the community’s rich cultural history.
CFS Prevention Supervisor
Reporting to the Director of Child and Family Services, this position is responsible for the planning, delivery, and evaluation of community programs that are culturally relevant and focused on increasing family wellness and identity. The long-term goal of the prevention program is to reduce the number of children coming into care and ensure children remain connected to their community, families, and culture.
CFS Intervention Supervisor
Reporting to the Child and Family Services (CFS) Director, the CFS Intervention Supervisor will oversee foster care, intake and assessment, and assist staff with case planning, management of agreements, court work, and permanency planning. The CFS intervention Supervisor is responsible for the delivery of services in accordance with the Child and Youth Family Enhancement Act.
